Michael E. Kossler has 30 years of international experience in the fields of leadership and organisation development. With a rich blend of business experience and international consulting, Michael is able to create custom solutions for Iclif clients that accent the practical aspects of development and learning. In addition to being a certified instructional designer he is also certified in the use of a wide range of multi-rater and individual assessment tools.

Michael has worked with a variety of international organisations including the Aditya Birla Group, Alstom, Citigroup, FLS Industries, KAO Group, Novartis, Siemens, TATA and Xerox.

He is the co-author of “Developing Leadership Talent” (with David Berke and Michael Wakefield, Pfeiffer, 2008) and has authored several articles on team development and leading virtual teams. Prior to joining Iclif, Michael spent 18 years at the Centre for Creative Leadership where he held a variety of positions including expatriate assignments in Brussels and Singapore.
