Women of the World: Be the Change combines Iclif’s signature content with an immersive dive into the rich history, contrasting diversity and dynamic business landscape of India. Rather than relying exclusively on classroom style instructions, participants will learn by engaging and interacting with successful Indian business people, organisations and society. Using a mix of interactive classroom sessions, field/industry visits, practical experiences and dialogues with leaders including inspirational activist and Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry, Kiran Bedi, this programme will be personally moving and organisationally transformational.

Programme Objectives
The age of renaissance is upon us, breaking down everything we know and have experienced. While it is an age of abundance it is also a time of scarcity. Opportunity knocks while volatility is the rhythm of life. How does the woman of today navigate this landscape? What is her place in this world and how can she impact her life, those she leads and those who depend on her? Women of The World – Be The Change is a program that will enable women to decode great leadership, uncover sources of long-lasting personal leadership energy and recognise the forces shaping the 21st century.

Practical, immediately applicable, immersive and experiential.
